CRIMINAL APPEALS

When Justice is not served....

After a guilty verdict, the criminal justice system can seem hopeless. You trusted the judge, jury, and lawyers on your case to exonerate you from allegations, but they did not attain justice for you. Where do you go from here?

Holly Peace specializes in criminal appeals and can help you navigate the next step in the process. Your case is not over after the trial – Holly can take your case to the next level for review.  Whether it is the Georgia Court of Appeals or Supreme Court of Georgia, she is admitted in both courts and has the know-how to undo the unjust result of your case.  Holly has argued appeals in Fayette, Coweta, Spalding, Upson, Pike, Meriwether, Clayton, Carroll, Troup, Henry, Butts, Bibb, Jones, Monroe, Lamar, and Fulton County.

Holly gained notoriety for winning her first appeal in the Georgia Court of Appeals.  You can read about it here: https://www.georgiapol.com/2018/07/09/ga-court-of-appeals-establishes-mullet-doctrine/?utm_campaign=twitter&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitter.
